Summary
Free Rein Africa is a working/riding holiday experience uniquely situated within a Big 5 reserve. The riding is situated outside of the Big 5 reserves, allowing us to share this experience with both experienced and inexperienced riders.
Wildlife and Reserve
Our camp is situated within the Greater Kruger National Park in the world-renowned Timbavati Nature Reserve. Our horse riding is conducted in a 650-ha wilderness area of the Zandspruit Estate, where one can experience plains game from horseback. We offer one game drive a week within the Big 5 as well as further game drives without the Big 5. Depending on the time of day, either a coffee or sundowner is included on the Big 5 drives.
